Prescott Valley Public Library (7401 E. Skoog Blvd) is offering “Be Creative at PVPL”, Fridays, April 10th & 24th, 2020 from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm in the 2nd Floor Children’s Programming Room. Re-purpose an old book using favorite photos, colored paper, paints and your own memorabilia to create an awesome object of self-expression.
