Each session will include:
- warm up
- learning 1-2 forms
- cool down
Anyone can do this style of Tai Chi! It is inclusive and great for improving balance and calming the mind. Seated Tai Chi is available. Wearing comfortable clothing, flat supportive shoes, and bringing water is suggested. Space is limited and will be granted on a first come first serve basis!
