What is a healthy diet? Together, let's explore the work of Dr. Weston A. Price who researched and recorded groups of people from around the globe, from Alaska to Australia, living in a traditional way, eating their traditional diets, and enjoying robust health!  Over the next year, we will meet for an hour to learn the 11 beneficial principles of traditional diets and how to put this to use today to support your best health!

Presented by Sarica Cernohous, a doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and licensed Arizona acupuncturist. She has a deep respect for the power of nutrition and has been a Chapter Leader for the Weston A. Price Foundation for over a decade, helping people locate natural health care practitioners and high-quality whole foods in their local area. She penned the book, The Funky Kitchen, a primer on the basics of traditional food preparation techniques, and has been a Metabolic Balance Coach since 2013. In addition to her Japanese-style acupuncture and polychromatic light sessions, she incorporates epigenetic scans with the S-Drive technology, as well as bioenergetic assessments and support through the Energy4Life system. You can connect with her at Sarica@naturallylivingtoday.com.
