Purpose of Meeting

Monday Mindfulness is a gentle, grounding space to reset your nervous system and begin the week with clarity and steadiness. In this experiential class, you’ll be guided through accessible mindfulness practices, guided meditation, simple movement exercises, and intentional breathwork designed to help you unwind stress and reconnect with your body. Each session offers practical tools you can use in daily life to navigate fear, anxious energy, and repetitive thought patterns with greater awareness and choice.

Rather than trying to “fix” anything, this class focuses on strengthening your capacity to self-regulate, restore balance, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner calm. You’ll learn how to work with your nervous system—supporting it to shift out of tension and into a state that feels more open, energized, and grounded. Participants often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more centered, with practices they can return to throughout the week to sustain resilience and well-being.

This class is educational and experiential in nature and is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. It is designed to offer supportive tools and practices that empower you to feel more at home in your body and more aligned with the peace and contentment already available within you.
