The job of a gardener is simple – to understand what your plants need and to give it to them. The Plant to Plate series led by Yavapai Master Gardeners will give you the tools you need to get the best possible results from your garden.
Now that the garden is planted, the focus is on keeping it healthy. Maintenance can be the most time-consuming part of vegetable gardening, but it is good for your plants – and good for you, too! In this program, you will learn about watering and protecting young, tender plants as they begin to grow, improving soil health, and ways to maximize your space through vertical gardening.
