Week 7: Fun Making a Disappearing Nine Patch Quilt Block
This is a great quilt block for a beginner. You can make as many or as few as you want and you can put it together so you don’t have to match any seams. It makes a nice table runner, placemat, or quilt. It looks like you have sewn a lot of little pieces.
Supplies for each block:
Nine 5 inch squares of fabric (a charm pack is 5 inch squares of fabric)
8 of the 9 squares should be coordinating and contrasting and 1 square should be an accent square.
That's all you need except for a regular sewing kit (sewing machine, ruler, thread).
Supplies will be posted to the calendar and the library Facebook page the week before the instructional videos go online for all future classes at https://www.facebook.com/campverdelibrary/.
