Program Description

Event Details

A gentle exercise combining slow movement, deep breathing, focused intention, or a "Moving Meditation" to increase strength, balance and posture, prevent falls, improve mind, body and spirit, and reduce stress and increase relaxation.

This is a free 12-week program with 1 hour classes once a week on Tuesdays beginning February 4 through April 21, 2020 from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. in the Founder's Suite B of the Prescott Public Library.
