Event Details

Every Tue. from 10-11AM starting July 23 through Sept. 17.

Each session will include:  Warm up, learning 1-2 forms and a cool down

Anyone can do this style of Tai Chi!   It is inclusive and great for improving balance and calming the mind.   Seated Tai Chi is available.    Wearing comfortable clothing, supportive shoes, and bringing water is suggested.     

Space is limited and will be granted on a first come first serve basis!
