Tai Chi for health is designed to :     Improve balance, Relieve pain, Build confidence and Improve quality of life.    Each session includes warmups, learning 1-2 forms, and cool-downs.   Please email or call  Rachel Mills @  rachel.mills@yavapaiaz.gov or 928-442-5372 to register, due to our limited amount of space.     Thank you!
