Beginners Tai Chi Class
8 week class on Wednesdays, June 5 - July 31, 2:00-3:00 pm (Continuing for the entire month of August)
Tai Chi for Health is designed to:
- Improve Balance
- Relieve pain
- Build confidence
- Improve quality of life
Each session includes warmups, learning 1-2 forms, and cool-downs.
