The Teen Game Room is open on Thursdays! Game Systems include Wii, Nintendo Switch, and X-Box One. Plus, there are also a ton of board games to play as well. There is limited space for the video games. First come, first served.
Pet Partners Read with Me!
Come read to a friendly, calm dog in the library! You choose the book to read. Stay for a few minutes or the whole hour.
Pokemon Club
Join a group of trainers every Thursday from 4:00pm-5:00pm to play Pokemon the Card game and meet other fans of Pokemon. Attendees can earn prizes by registering for Pokemon league and completing weekly tasks.
CVCL Children's Library's afterschool STEM activities for children ages 8-12. Each week will focus on a hands-on activity in Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math.
Hack that Painting will be on September 14th at 4pm! Will have thrift store paintings for you to make your own. Hack that Painting involves taking an old painting and painting your own characters, flow
New for the 2024 season, GameNite will now have weekly themes! Taking place in the Teen Library on Thursdays from 4:00 – 7:00pm, teens can hang out and play games in the library with a rotating theme:
1st Thursday: Miniature Wargaming
Come down to the Cordes Lakes Library and enjoy a family friendly movie. The movie will be projected on the screen and popcorn and movie candy will be provided.
Music in the Stacks is a showcase of local and national musicians who entertain regularly in Northern Arizona. There are 3-5 different performers during the show, with a rotating variety each month.
Citizenship Class for non-US Citizens to be able to obtain United States Citizenship. Meets weekly on Thursdays.
