Come by the Prescott Valley Public Library's Teen Department for Crafternoon Take-Home Kits, available weekly during the Summer Reading Program’s "Color Our World" theme. Each week brings a new creative project to explore!

Grow and Create at the Library! We plan on having lots of hands on activities to share this growing season.

The Verde NRCD meets at 9 a.m. on the 2nd Friday of each month at Camp Verde Community Library (3rd Friday this month due to scheduling conflicts), 130 Black Bridge Loop Road, Camp Verde, AZ 86322. All are welcome.

Join us on the first and third Friday of every month for our hands-on Sewing Class! Whether you're a beginner or looking to brush up on your skills, we'll be using sewing machines to create fun and functional projects.

Alcoholics Anonymous meets every Saturday (some exceptions may occur) in the Black Canyon City Community Library's meeting room.  

Come meet other parents and chat while your children play. This is intended for caregivers and their children ages 0-5.

STORYTIME FUN AT THE LIBRARY!

Join us every week for Tuesday Tales at the Black Canyon City Community Library from 10:00-10:30 am. Come for books, songs, and a craft! Older siblings welcome. 

As part of the 2025 Summer Reading Program come every Tuesday, starting June 10, 2025 for five week and engage in five engineering challenges using clothespins, clips, and crafts sticks. No registration required. 

Join us for "Tai Chi for Beginners" classes with a certified staff instructor and help improve your balance, relieve your pain, and build your confidence.

Benefits of Tai Chi:

Geared toward children ages 0-5. Come enjoy music, finger plays, dancing, a book, and cooperative play. This is a great program for little children and their caregiver. Tuesdays 10-11am.

Join us every Tuesday, 10 am - 12 pm, at Mayer Public Library for an informal get together to work on new or old unfinished sewing or craft projects! Come stitch with us and unleash your creativity!

Join us at the Bagdad Public Library for some Toddler Story Time fun! Come sing, craft, and read a book while enjoying a fun story time mingling with friends! Toddler Story Time theme varies monthly.  

Edgar Cayce- Many know of his work. We will be discussing his 'psychic' readings and how to apply them in our lives.

Color our World with STEM activities. Come work on LEGOs and other STEM kits.

Come join us every Friday from 10:00am-12:30pm in June! The kids will get to learn about three famous artists, create their own artwork, participate in outdoor play, hear a great story and checkout books with their public library cards.

Fun Fridays! Time for the kids. We will have games and crafts for 10:00am- 1:00pm and a movie to start between 1:00pm-1:30pm.

Prescott Valley Public Library in partnership with Silverkite Community Art Classes presents Meditative Line Drawing, from 1:30- 2:30 p.m. on Monday, June 16^th, 2025. This is a virtual, live online art class for adults. 

University of Arizona Cooperative Extension provides monthly Master Gardener Presentations each 3rd Tuesday from 1-2pm. Lecture topics change each month and are applicable to our community. No presentations in the month of December. Free.

Join Kelly for introductory sewing classes and makerspace with sewing machines, fabric, and supplies provided. Intended for kids ages 10 and up. 

Color Our World with a colorful story time with friends and neighbors as Ted leads us on an adventure through the Grand Canyon.  We'll enjoy SMORES and ice cream as the climax of the presentation.

Children 6 and up can sign up to read to a therapy dog. This helps build confidence in reading. Registration required. Fridays 1:00-2:00pm.
