The Tai Chi class has moved to a new, larger venue at the Mayer Recreation Center, conveniently located just across the street from the library. 

 Proudly sponsored by the library, this program invites you to discover the art of Tai Chi in the class, “Learn Tai Chi: Meditation in Motion,” with a certified instructor guiding sessions every Friday. Tai Chi is a wonderful practice to enhance balance, build strength and flexibility, promote relaxation, reduce stress, decrease pain, and lower the risk of falls. The new location is at 10001 S Wicks Ave, Mayer, AZ 86333. If you have any questions, feel free to ask the library staff. We look forward to welcoming you there!
