The Wickenburg hospital's WickCare Mobile Clinic will be at the Yarnell Regional Community Center on the first Wednesday of every month. They are a mobile primary care clinic. Both appointments and walk-ins are welcome.
Energy Yoga includes tapping and slapping the body to increase movement of blood and energy through the body. Enjoy exercising your whole body by increasing flexibility through joint rotations and stretching.
