Tai Chi for health is designed to :     Improve balance, Relieve pain, Build confidence and Improve quality of life.    Each session includes warmups, learning 1-2 forms, and cool-downs.    

A group of Moms uplifting each other. 

Come share short stories, fun songs, early literacy tips, and kindergarten readiness skills.

Class is 30-45 minutes long.

The Teen Game Room is open on Thursdays! Game Systems include Wii, Nintendo Switch, and X-Box One. Plus, there are also a ton of board games to play as well. There is limited space for the video games. First come, first served.
