Benefits of Tai Chi:

Geared toward children ages 0-5. Come enjoy music, finger plays, dancing, a book, and cooperative play. This is a great program for little children and their caregiver. Tuesdays 10-11 am.

Zumba class for Summer Reading Program! Please bring a water bottle, and wear appropriate shoes, and comfortable clothing.

A volunteer will be hosting a Tai Chi program at the Cordes Lakes Library in our conference room. Participants will be following a video through the movements.

Do you love crafts, anime, and manga? Register for a special Summer Reading Anime Craft on the Go! The Anime craft is inspired by One Piece.  You can pick up your kit on June 25th in the Teen Area from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Join Yavapai County Community Health Services from 10am to 1 pm on Wednesday, June 26th for their "Coffee with the County" program to learn about nutrition, food resources, stress reduction, and other community resources.

Bring your crochet project or get ideas from Leslie.  Adults welcome. All levels from beginner to advanced. Enjoy an hour of creativity at the library. 

Gather around an adventure story while we eat smores.  Yummy!  "Campfire" setting as Ted shares some wild and wooly tales about encounters with mountain lions, bears, rattlesnakes and escaped convicts.

Are you a caregiver for a family member or friend? Are you exhausted, overwhelmed, isolated and stressed? There are no magic answers but there is a supportive place to share thoughts and feelings with other caregivers.

Kids Movie Showing Every Thursday at 2PM. There will be Free popcorn!

Join us at Community Field for a fun way to beat the heat during the summer! Please bring a water bottle and wear appropriate clothing and sunscreen! There are two age groups for this event, please sign you child up for the appropriate time.

The Teen Game Room is open on Thursdays! Game Systems include Wii, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 5. Plus, there are also a ton of board games to play as well. There is limited space for the video games. First come, first served.

Come create window art using a fun pattern and post it notes and stay for a simple craft. This is a passive program where supplies will be available for two hours on Fridays from 2-4pm.

Come play (or learn to play!) chess! All ages and skill levels welcome. Held year-round except on National Holidays. Chess sets provided or bring your own.

Children ages 8-12 are welcome to come and learn social and emotional skills through games and hands-on activities. Mondays 3:30-4:30 pm. 

Registration required, must be able to attend all 4 sessions in June. Call 928-340-2788 or register at the Youth Services Desk. Spots are limited. First class will be held on Tuesday, June 4th from 3:30-4:30pm.

Kids ages 8-12 come join us for board games and make new friends! Wednesday, June 26th from 3-4.

Join us for Creative Minds Club – an after-school creativity club where we will be doing something fun and creative every Wednesday.

Teens ages 13-18 come hang out in the Teen Zone! Activities change each week but can include crafting, socializing, playing games, and more. Wednesdays 3-5 pm.
