Music in the Stacks- Concert Series

Free monthly concert series, a spin-off of the popular Music in the Stacks concerts. On the 4thThursday of the month, there will be a different local band or solo artist playing their music in the library's Fireside Room.  

This month's concert features Indigo.

Known for their smooth blend of jazz, blues, and soulful classics, Indigo delivers a sound that’s both laid back and deeply musical. Kathi Bellucci and Joe Clyne combine their vocal, guitar and keyboard talents to bring an elevated flair and refreshing spin to their eclectic mix of crowd pleasing songs. Both lifelong professionals, they combine their diverse musical backgrounds to create a unique style performing tunes spanning decades of music. 

Classically trained, Kathi started her career on large stages appearing in musical productions. Since relocating from NY her style has evolved to favor more intimate venues. Kathi's vocals are soaring and sultry and embrace the standards of favorite singers.  

Singer/songwriter Joe was a popular guitarist throughout the Midwest and part of the Kansas City music scene for years. He has released five cd’s and has opened for The Righteous Brothers, Eric Burdon, Waylon Jennings, Kansas and The Box Tops.
